AWS is seeking a Solutions Architecture leader to join our Solutions Architect team in Poland, where you'll help customer businesses thrive in the digital age.
As a Senior Solutions Architecture Manager, you'll lead and inspire a team of technically skilled Solutions Architects while driving strategic initiatives that help enterprises and digital native business leverage AWS Services to produce tangible outcomes.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high‑performing team of Solutions Architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and customer obsession.
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with customers’ technical leaders, driving executive‑level conversations that align AWS solutions with customers' expansion goals.
- Act as a technical thought leader, representing AWS in executive‑level discussions, public speaking engagements, and writing content that showcases how AWS delivers value to customers.
- Guide your team in designing and implementing cloud solutions working backwards from the customers’ needs.
- Pioneer the adoption of emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate generative AI, advanced analytics, and automation into customer solutions, and inventing on their behalf.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute technical strategies that drive AWS adoption and exceed revenue objectives.
- Coach and mentor Solutions Architects in conducting impactful technical discussions with senior stakeholders and executing successful customer engagements.
- Foster knowledge sharing within the AWS community and guide the development of technical content that showcases best practices.

Basic Qualifications
- Problem‑solving mindset, experience in building/architecting solutions for customers.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about generative AI.
- Experience managing technical teams in a customer‑facing enterprise environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.

- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing technical teams.
- Experience in transforming traditional businesses through cloud adoption.
- Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in technology, business, or related field.
- Advanced cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing large‑scale cloud solutions.
- International business and technology background.
- Multilingual capabilities beyond Polish and English, particularly in East European languages.
