Fabrick is looking for a professional to join the Presales & Solutioning area.

You will become part of a dynamic, highly consultative team, responsible for supporting business development through the creation of new commercial opportunities and for defining technological solutions aligned with customer needs and the company’s product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, translating business, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear and structured solution requirements.
  • Work closely with the Sales team during presales activities, contributing to opportunity qualification and the development of compelling value propositions.
  • Assess customer requirements against the company’s product portfolio, identifying the most suitable components and solutions.
  • When standard solutions do not fully cover customer needs, lead solutioning activities by identifying functional gaps and defining potential product evolutions or architectural configurations.
  • Design robust and scalable solutions consistent with the company’s technology ecosystem, maintaining the right balance between customization, standardization, and time-to-market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders (Product, Delivery, Sales, Legal, and Compliance) and with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of technical-functional documentation, presentations, demos, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.

Required Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in similar roles (Presales, Solution Engineering, Business Analysis, Consulting, Product Specialist, or equivalent).
  • University degree, preferably in Computer Engineering; degrees in other STEM disciplines are also welcome.
  • Strong ability to understand business processes and the needs of large enterprise customers.
  • Interest or experience in regulated environments such as banking, payment institutions, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture principles and strong systems-thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, abstraction, and synthesis skills.
  • Fluent Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Availability for occasional travel between company offices and customer sites.

Workplace: Milan or Turin plus remote working. Availability for national and international travel is required
