As a Senior Staff Digital Designer, you will lead the design and development of complex digital blocks and integrated circuits, contributing to innovative semiconductor solutions. You will apply your deep technical expertise to solve non-standard design challenges, mentor junior engineers, and drive improvements in design methodologies and project outcomes.
- Architect and implement advanced RTL designs using Verilog/VHDL for integrated digital systems
- Define and lead design strategies for complex digital blocks, ensuring optimal performance, power, and area
- Develop and review test benches for functional verification and drive regression testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lab validation and production test program development
- Analyze and resolve design issues using CDC, LINT, LEC, and synthesis tools
- Contribute to technical documentation including specifications, simulation reports, and design reviews
- Act as a key contributor in technical projects, improving output quality and driving innovation
- Share expertise through publications, patents, or internal technical presentations
- Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital design within the semiconductor industry
- Proven experience in RTL design, DFT, and test-pattern generation
- Familiarity with backend flow tools for synthesis, timing sign-off, and power analysis
- Hands‑on experience with FPGA prototyping is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to collaboration and feedback
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and drive technical improvements
