Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment for a broad range of team disciplines for BIC in multiple global locations
• Manage the overall candidate experience, coach hiring managers on the process and implement recommendations for continuous improvement
• Bring new and innovative sourcing pipelines; partner with other stakeholders such as universities and peer companies to increase candidate flow
• Use social media sites to promote the BIC employer brand, post jobs and engage candidates
• Execute candidate workflow within Applicant Tracking System, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter
• Monitor and reduce the costs of the recruitment process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience; including experience in a corporate recruiting role and/or in an agency/search firm role
• Fluency in English & Italian; any other language is a plus
• Experience with tools and technology such as SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar functionality is required
• International recruitment experience
• Past experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
• Excellent written & verbal communication, relationship building, multi‑tasking, organizational, presentation, collaboration, follow‑up, and negotiating skills
• A proven ability to pipeline talent along with an in-depth knowledge of creative sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates
• Demonstrated experience establishing customer relationships and a track record of excellent customer satisfaction required
