Senior Tax – Rome office. The person will be responsible for: Analysis of tax issues related to international commercial transactions by the Divisions, including export of products, provision of services and multi-year contracts in customers’ countries of residence; Review of contracts to mitigate double taxation risks through examination of double taxation conventions; Support to foreign subsidiaries on domestic and international tax matters; Supervision of compliance related to foreign VAT numbers; Implementation of transfer pricing policies for the sale of tangible and intangible assets, provision of services (including managerial services) and royalties. Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Degree in Economics, Law or related disciplines with specialization in tax law. Seniority: Master 10+ years of experience. Technical Skills: Significant experience in tax consulting and knowledge of tax compliance institutions; experience in tax risk management, including implementation of a transfer pricing policy. Behavioral Skills: Problem-solving orientation; collaboration and teamwork. Language Skills: Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher). Computer Skills: Knowledge of the MS Office package.
