AWS operates one of the world’s largest and most highly available networks which continues to grow rapidly in size and complexity. Network Monitoring and Remediation is responsible for preventing, predicting, detecting and remediating impairments across our network before they impact customers. We are seeking a TPM to lead a program in network AI and observability, coordinating across multiple teams to deliver new products and improve existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the program in network AI and observability, coordinating across multiple teams to deliver new products and improve existing ones.
• Own delivery of program outcomes, building coordinated change plans across internal partner organizations.
• Use technical expertise to help partners design and implement solutions, influence prioritization, and manage delivery regardless of location.
• Create scalable mechanisms for high‑quality program progress reporting to senior leadership.
• Deliver Network Observability Customer goals and represent the organization to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple competing cross‑organizational projects/programs simultaneously on a global scale across regions.
• Interact daily with Engineers, Data Center Technicians, Deployment Managers, Program Managers, and Senior Management.
• Participate in engineering reviews of network design.
• Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.
• Work with engineers to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems while monitoring timelines and costs.
• Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow‑up.
• Drive simplification efforts in engineering and project/program management to unblock innovation.
• Create predictable process paths for large and/or complex efforts.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in technical product or program management.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience in software development.
• Experience in technical program management with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience defining KPIs/SLA used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
