Job Title: LED Display After-Sales Engineer (Italy or the Netherlands)
Location: Spain (with travel) | Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on and technically skilled After-Sales Engineer to join our team in Spain. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing top-tier technical support, troubleshooting, and training for our cutting-edge LED display solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Repair: Handle online and on-site troubleshooting for LED displays. Conduct RMA repairs at our Spanish office and resolve quality issues reported by customers.
- Project Execution: Perform on-site surveys, prepare installation quotes, and manage the full installation, debugging, and final delivery of projects.
- Training & Demos: Provide technical training to partners and clients on installation and troubleshooting. Maintain showroom samples and set up demo screens for client presentations.
- Service Management: Prepare service quotations for paid requests and follow up on service execution and payment collection.
What We Are Looking For:
- Educational Background: Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in after-sales service, repair, and debugging of LED displays. Experience with P0.9 and smaller pitch displays is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in operating mainstream control systems (e.g., Nova, Colorlight).
- Language: Professional proficiency in English (required for daily work).
- Bonus Points: Experience in technical training or large-scale training programs is a plus.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel for on-site projects and support.
