Responsibilities:

• Resolve technical issues for customers, focusing on Enterprise and Strategic Tiers.
• Partner with Sales to develop support strategies for targeted accounts.
• Address platform and systems issues across regions.
• Manage critical issues and maintain relationships with R&D support teams.
• Enhance technical proficiency through training and consulting.
• Document knowledge to enable self-service and improve department efficiency.
• Provide feedback to improve customer experience and contribute to team development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proficiency in programming languages; LabVIEW preferred.
• Fluent in English and Italian; eligible for Italian security clearance.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in electronic circuit design and instrumentation.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Background in test and measurement industry.
