Perform physical tests on materials and rubber compounds Prepare and handle test samples and laboratory equipment Support daily laboratory activities and testing schedules Ensure testing is completed safely and according to quality standards Help maintain laboratory equipment and keep the workspace organized Qualifications
Experience working in a physical laboratory, production, testing, or technical environment is an advantage Technical diploma is not required (bachelor degree in mechanics or physical is a plus) Interest in hands-on technical work and learning new skills Comfortable working with machines, tools, or testing equipment Good teamwork and communication skills Basic computer skills (e-mail, Microsoft Office) English communication skills required (Luxembourgish, German, or French are a plus) Experience supporting or training colleagues is an asset About Goodyear
