Senior Territory Manager

In this role you drive growth for the MWM brand in Italy, focusing on gas engines and cogeneration solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams and partners to win new business, support existing customers, and represent Caterpillar in key projects. You will engage EPC/FEED players early, craft competitive proposals, and help ensure timely delivery. This position offers impact across sales, engineering collaboration, and regional market development.

• Develop and grow the MWM business in Italy across new engines and aftermarket services
• Drive regional business development through direct channels with a focus on industrial applications
• Collaborate with EPC/FEED and engineering teams to secure early project engagement
• Support existing customers via direct and partner channels
• Expand MWM presence through industrial workshops, conferences, and trade fairs with head office collaboration
• Oversee preparation of technical and commercial proposals with stakeholders
• Coordinate and manage negotiations with customers and partners
• Maintain high forecast accuracy and work with line management for on-time product delivery
• Completed engineering or business degree
• 5+ years of international sales and/or project management experience in industrial environments
• Extensive knowledge of industrial customers in the region (refining, chemical, petrochemical, power generation)
• Fluent in Italian and English
• High initiative, intercultural competence and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
• Professional and confident presentation style; willingness to travel ~50%
