Join Our Advisory - Transaction Services Team in Milan
In our Advisory - Transaction Services team in Milan, you will have the opportunity to test your talent and ideas on stimulating projects. Working alongside top professionals, you will acquire new skills and be involved in the following activities:
- Understanding the business model and assessing key economic, patrimonial, and financial indicators of the target company;
- Preparing databooks and conducting accounting/management analysis of the target's historical financial data, with focus on:
- Revenues, margins, cost structures, extraordinary items;
- Fixed assets and related valuation and capitalization policies;
- Working capital elements, including receivables recoverability, provision adequacy, DSO, inventory valuation, and DPO;
- Risks and charges provisions, TFR, and net financial position;
- Off-balance sheet items and corporate continuity capacity;
- Assessment of normal EBITDA, net working capital, and net financial position;
- Preparation of the financial due diligence report.
- Assumption analysis behind forecast data;
- Identifying vulnerabilities and inconsistencies between assumptions and historical data;
- Backlog and order portfolio analysis;
- Sensitivity analysis of financial plans to key assumptions.
Qualifications include:
- A degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
- At least 3 years of professional experience;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially financial modeling in Excel and presentation preparation in PowerPoint;
- Excellent command of English;
- Passion and dedication to contribute to a growing organization;
