Senior Transfer Pricing & Intercompany Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Transfer Pricing & Intercompany Specialist to support the Tax and Accounting departments in the design, calculation, and monitoring of intercompany transactions within a multinational group. This role is critical in supporting the accurate financial planning of cross-border activities and shared services related to the development, construction, and operation of international projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of transfer pricing policies.
- Define, calculate, and track intercompany transactions among group entities, in line with the cost allocation model.
- Ensure the correct accounting treatment of intercompany transactions under IFRS, in coordination with the Accounting team.
- Apply industrial accounting and Activity-Based Costing (ABC) methodologies to support project-based financial analysis and group-wide decision-making.
- Monitor cross-border intercompany transactions, particularly in the context of international project structures and SPVs.
- Support internal and external audits related to transfer pricing matters.
- Prepare clear and concise documentation, reports, and presentations in English.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Planning & Control, Tax Advisory, or Transfer Pricing.
- Strong background in cost allocation, industrial accounting, and project-based financial planning.
- Working knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
- Proven experience with intercompany transactions.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written);
additional languages are a plus. - Advanced Excel skills;
familiarity with ERP systems (e.G., Microsoft Dynamics 365) is preferred.
