Experteer Overview

In this role, you will underwrite new and renewal A&H business and multinational programmes, contributing to portfolio growth and profitability. You’ll work with the Milan-based team to shape local underwriting strategy, strengthen broker relationships, and support product development. You will engage in portfolio optimization and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance the A&H offering. This is an opportunity to influence local markets while operating within the broader Sompo A&H agenda.

Responsabilità

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Proven track record in underwriting profitable business
• Excellent networking and relationship skills with clients and brokers
• Sound knowledge of the local A&H market
• Experience in underwriting Private Medical Insurance policies and/or multinational programmes (essential)
