Service Controller
Haier Europe is on a journey to achieve ambitious growth and leadership objectives in the region. We seek someone passionate, proactive, self‑driven, and motivated to join our team.
What you will do
- Monitor service KPIs (e.g., repair times, first‑time fix rate, service costs)
- Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvement
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service department
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with field service teams, call centers, and external service partners
- Ensure data accuracy in service management systems
- Assist in optimizing service processes and workflows
- Support procurement and spare parts cost analysis
What you need to succeed
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Professional experience: 3+ years in controlling, service operations, or similar roles
- Language: Excellent communication skills both in Italian and in English, spoken and written
- Technical & Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plus
- Good organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively
