We are looking for a reliable and organized Service Management Specialist to support our service department and ensure smooth daily operations. This roule will work closely with the service team to coordinate service activities, manage administrative tasks, and assist with scheduling and technician support on systerm. This is an ideal position for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Service Team in day-to-day operations of the service department
  • Assist with scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians
  • Prepare and process service orders, reports, and other administrative documents
  • Help manage parts requests and job completion tracking
  • Maintain service records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Ensure smooth coordination between technicians, parts, and front office staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a service, administrative, or customer support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and service management software (training available)
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of technical services or repair work (preferred, but not required)
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin), Italian, and English (spoken and written)
