Service Network Manager – Operational Long‑Term Business
Join GATE and DLL to drive business development and manage a network of partners and suppliers providing rental services for both light and heavy vehicles across various European markets.
Day to Day
- Develop and maintain a mapped network of workshops, body shops, and other service suppliers, ensuring coordination and performance monitoring.
- Identify new collaboration opportunities while building and maintaining a clear, organized network of workshops, body shops, and service providers that support long‑term vehicle rentals.
- Define service conditions.
- Analyze partner performance and define KPIs.
- Ensure reliable, high‑quality service for workshops, body shops, and other vehicle service providers by optimizing operational processes and maintaining strong coordination.
- Provide clear instructions to the network to ensure secure monitoring of repair downtime in compliance with established authority procedures.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork across internal and external stakeholders.

Essentials
- Previous experience in supplier and/or network management, specifically within the rental or automotive sector, managing relationships with suppliers and partners in the automotive aftersales industry, including interaction and coordination with workshops, bodyshops, or parts distributors with a minimum of 5 years required.
- Experience managing relationships with suppliers and partners in the automotive aftersales industry, including negotiation and coordination with workshops, bodyshops, or parts distributors.
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Knowledge of maintenance and logistics processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Mandatory languages: Italian (fluent) and English (fluent), written and spoken.
- Preferred: Knowledge of French or German.
