Service Technician

We are looking for a hands-on and technically proficient Service Technician to ensure the highest standards of installation, commissioning, and after-sales support for our earthmoving machinery products. This role is critical for maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site installation, commissioning, technical training, and after-sales service support for earthmoving machinery products.
• Coordinate local service partners or technical teams to guarantee delivery quality and adherence to timelines.
• Troubleshoot customer problems on-site and provide effective technical solutions.
• Gather user feedback to contribute to product experience optimization.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in earthmoving machinery products service delivery, technical support, or field service roles.
• In-depth familiarity with earthmoving machinery product mechanics, operational procedures, and common fault resolution.
• Professional proficiency in English for seamless collaboration with technical teams.
• An educational or professional background in fields like mechanical maintenance, mechatronics, or engineering services is preferred.
• Ability and willingness to undertake travels, with strong problem-solving skills in field settings.
