Services Program Manager (PCB/EDM)

In this role you lead and coordinate electronic design services projects for Siemens EDA, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction. You work with account teams and technical leads to shape proposals, develop robust project plans, and manage governance and risks. You’ll drive continuous improvement in delivery processes while maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a hands‑on leadership role that operates across cross‑functional teams in a hybrid setup, offering impact in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

• Collaborate with account teams and technical leads to drive sales campaigns and identify new business opportunities
• Use services offering inputs to capture customer objectives and requirements
• Lead the technical scoping process with leads to translate requirements into project estimates and proposals
• Develop and adapt project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables
• Oversee project execution, ensure adherence to plans and quality standards, and manage dependencies and blockers
• Implement governance frameworks, track KPIs, and provide data‑driven reports on status, risks, and progress
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues with contingency plans and escalation as needed
• Cultivate strategic customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives in delivery processes, tools, and metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Hands‑on experience leading complex electronic design projects from concept to completion
• Profound understanding of PCB development lifecycle including design, layout, library management, and NPI
• Proficiency in High‑Speed Design (HSD) analysis and related tools/methodologies
• Experience managing projects involving cloud‑based solutions, SaaS deployments, or managed services in EDA/PCB design
• Understanding of data security, compliance, and scalability in cloud‑hosted PCB design environments
• Strong customer‑centric approach with a track record of customer engagements and service contract renewals
• Deep expertise in project governance and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Experience in comprehensive project planning, risk management, scope control, and change management
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
