Our Industry & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry‑leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating execution and delivery of the Brilliant Parts program with a strong focus on applying LEAN to the operations processes (holistic view, from customer demand to delivery).
- Leveraging Lean to redesign critical processes (both transactional and physical), screening needs with stakeholders, assessing business benefits and prioritizing, executing up to proven MVPs and pilots, developing and rolling out final products.
- Assuring the right prioritization for initiatives, respecting time constraints and optimizing budget spending.
- Building and maintaining a detailed milestones plan integrating all work‑breakdown structure of its program, monitoring execution with adequate KPIs, reporting to upper management on execution status.
- Performing business analysis and quantifying decisions through the utilization of data.
Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Statistics.
- Demonstrated relevant expertise in Lean and Six Sigma.
- Strong background in Digital Technology, Operations or Project/Program Management, Material Management, with relevant experience across diverse industries.
- Be fluent both in Italian and English, with good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Requirements
- Be able to develop models and analytics within assigned projects, taking care of the functional standpoint, adhering to business standards, practices, procedures and product/program requirements.
- Show digital dexterity and be passionate for data analysis and analytics, confident with platforms such as PowerBI and Tableau.
- Display good knowledge of digital trends, Industry 4.0 topics, artificial intelligence, and Python programming knowledge.

- This role involves working with customers on‑site in locations across the world. When on‑site, you will have the flexibility to work in line with customer working patterns. When projects are complete, you may take an extended leave before taking on your next project.
