Project Manager – Digital Services
Join our Industrial Energy Technology Team. Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value‑chain and industrial sector. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver innovative digital products and customer training in the GTS Digital Services and enhance customer experiences. Responsibilities
Drive all activities related to the supervision, organization, and execution of digital and training projects, including scope, time, contract, cost, and quality management. Apply project methodologies and standards, scheduling and control, to fulfill customer expectations and needs according to project requirements. Plan and implement projects, manage the project scope, and coordinate the assigned project team, including contractors. Interact with customers to assure project delivery and provide updates, scheduling, and execution details. Maintain invoicing/payment collection, identify sales opportunities and contribution margin for projects, and support cost management and collection handling. Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities during the project lifecycle to expand the project in ways that add value to the customer and satisfy profitability requirements. Support ITO, digital sales, and solution architects during change‑order negotiations with customers. Qualifications
Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautical advantageous) or related field from an accredited institution. Minimum three additional years of experience in a Project Manager role. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. IPMA or PMP certification is an advantage. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with proven analytical and organizational ability to deliver outcomes to strict deadlines. Willingness to travel to engage with customers. Benefits
