Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a


SERVICES SPECIALIST - CUSTOMER ORDER AND FULFILLMENT

for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.


We offer : an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company. CCNL Metalworking Industry, level B2, commensurate with the candidate's experience, plus meal vouchers. RAL 34.000€ - 40.000€.

Responsibility


The Fulfillment Specialist will own all the parts/materials operations relevant to the assigned area/region. The rosource will be committed to deliver the expected sales and customer service level across the region. Will be the primary interface with PL and will be responsible to drive the achievement of the area/region financial targets from execution standpoint.


The area/portfolio fulfillment specialist will:


  • be the primary interface with P&L for all operations aspects;
  • represent fulfillment function in all related meetings of the assigned area/region (including internal PSI and customer reviews);
  • collect business/customer needs, set up right priorities and translate them into proper inputs to relevant functions (supply chain, engineering, logistics, billing, etc.);
  • owner the sales plan execution of the assigned region by achieving operations commitment and leading the scouting of sales opportunities to maximize financial results, across all inventory organization and relevant legal entities;
  • identify and execute material allocations to projects to meet specific customer needs or to increase execution profitability;
  • owner relevant operations KPIs (OTD, OVD, lines, and aging);
  • drive simplification and improvement initiatives specific for the area/region, to achieve better operational performances and cost savings.


Qualifications/Requirements


  • fluent English (written and spoken);
  • strong communication and influencing skills;
  • clear thinker, problem solving skills along with process improvement driven mindset;
  • BS in Engineering is preferred, but other technical degrees are also accepted;
  • basic Knowledge of planning and analysis tools for project management;
  • basic knowledge of Oil & Gas products, Gas Turbines Centrifugal Compressors and Reciprocating Compressors and related production process is preferred;
  • EU Work Permit.


Desired Characteristics:

  • green belt or Black belt certified;
  • knowledge of primary project management tools and ERPs;
  • capability to drive changes;
  • other foreign languages.
