Showroom Manager - Design & Forniture

The Randstad Professionals Fashion & Luxury division, specializing in the recruitment of middle and senior management profiles, is looking for a Showroom Manager for a client in the luxury design sector based in Milan, within the Fashion industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of financial targets related to revenue/orders, costs and operative results set by the Company;
- Manage and scout new business opportunities/collaborations (A&D, developers, etc…);
- Oversee customer satisfaction activities and address any critical issues
- Coordinate and motivate staff
- Manage staff’s matters (for example, working hours, attendance, holidays, other leaves, sick leave, etc…)
- Handle administrative procedures of the store, together with the Accountants;
Requirements:
- Experience in the luxury design and furniture sector
- Ability to manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring that the environment is always welcoming and aligned with the brand image
- Experience in interacting with high-end clients and building lasting relationships with VIP customers and industry professionals (architects, interior designers, etc.).
- Familiarity with the luxury design market in London and major international cities.
