The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in a similar role within a furniture showroom.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process for projects both in Italy and abroad.
Key responsibilities include:
- Candidate should perform responsibility of Showroom Manager & Business Development Manger
- Developing and implementing the commercial strategy in line with company objectives.
- Identifying new business opportunities in both B2B (architects, interior designers, general contractors) and B2C channels.
- Monitoring sales performance, KPIs, and preparing periodic reports.
- Leading and motivating the team on a daily basis to achieve store targets, maximizing commercial opportunities and ensuring smooth store operations.
- Ensuring a high level of customer experience through constant team supervision and training.
- Tracking sales data and achieving qualitative and quantitative goals, while proposing commercial initiatives necessary to meet assigned budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
