SISTEMISTA PDL - L1/L2 SUPPORT

L1/L2 SUPPORT SPECIALYST - SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR - TORINO (IT)

We are currently looking for 1 or 2 Plant ICT Support Specialists to join an industrial environment located in Turin, Italy .

Location

Turin, Italy

Working hours: Central shift (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)

• Initial engagement until June 2026
• Possibility of extension into a multi-year service collaboration based on performance

Requirements

• Good basic ICT knowledge and hands-on attitude

Technical Skills

The selected candidate(s) will provide L1/L2 support activities within the Plant environment, including:

• Basic ICT support
• L1/L2 support for Plant applications
• Printer management and troubleshooting
• Videocall/conference room support
• Windows upgrades and installations
• Antivirus installation and maintenance
• Support for Guest Wi-Fi access
• First-level network support (policies, firewall rules, connectivity issues)
• Small internal ICT project coordination
• ICT documentation management
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support for applications

Soft Skills

We are looking for people with:

• Strong troubleshooting attitude
• Good relationship management skills
• Ability to interact effectively with both white collars and blue collars
• Proactive and service-oriented mindset
