SITE COMPLIANCE & QUALITY OFFICER (Maternity Leave Cover) The position, part of the Plant Quality Assurance Team, assure the availability and update of technical-scientific documentation (Compliance) for Raw materials, Packaging and Finished products in application to current laws. Work with Quality Assurance on Batch record review, Food supplement production need and training recording.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Batch Record Review

Maintain technical documentation of raw materials/packaging up to date and evaluate the impact of any changes to the relevant formulations

Track recording of Training activity

Support daily work in QA and Compliance

Work on QTA issue according with the plan

Work on specific Project to improve training workflow and internal audit workflow

Attend at internal audit as observe and support activity

Be a point of contact for Food supplement for QA aspects (complaints, NC, training, SOP updating)

Use of LIMS for eQMS (CAPA, NC, CC)

Use of Ennov for Complaints

Use of MAX for ERP consultation

Qualifications

Degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Biotecnology)

Ideally previous experience in food or drug company

Good skill in office pack

Accuracy

Sense of responsibility

Problem solving

good communication

What we offer Contract Type: Fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave

Working hours: Full-time (39 hours per week), Monday to Friday (shorter hours on Friday)

Smart working: Up to 2 days per week
