JOB MISSION
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Skin Care International Business Partner (IBP) department while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.
As our Skin Care IBP Trade Marketing Specialist, you will guarantee sales with effective and valuable trade marketing initiatives that lay the ground for the sales force activities, maximize sales, incentivize the growth of the customers' business and strengthen the brand image and its sustainable values.
What You Will Do
Plan and execute marketing and promotional calendar, driving sales and margin Collaborate with global teams in helping to craft the brand's presence and positioning, ensuring a globally aligned and consistent marketing message that is aligned to all of our channels Monitoring and study of Sell In and Sell Out data, business meetings and complaints Local marketing tools optimization and Sales Tools Local adaptation input & support Local Price List Monitoring Collection & study of local competitors' price lists Management of reports related to own areas of responsibility Specific initiative development/support for distributors Support in the management of the administrative back office of the department and the Business Development Managers (BDM)
Who You Are
3–5 years in the Trade Marketing field or similar role Strong knowledge of the consumer industry (professional skincare market) Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication and/or Digital Marketing Problem solving and “make things happen” ability Time Management, Project Management, Budget Management Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships (strong interpersonal skills) Available to travel Full proficiency in English is must; French nice to have

Actual compensation may vary depending on the experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
