Role Overview

We are looking for a Slovenian-speaking Customer Service Agent to join a dynamic team in Sofia. You will assist customers across multiple channels providing professional support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email or chat
• Provide accurate information on products and services
• Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Follow company policies and procedures

Schedule

Monday to Saturday : 09:00 - 23:00

Sunday : 10:00 - 19:00

Rotational shifts within these hours

Salary & Benefits

Monthly gross Salary : 1900 / month
