About The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Social Media Customer Care team starting in July & August. In this role, you will assist customers through social media and other digital communication channels, delivering outstanding support and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through social media platforms and digital channels.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Handle complaints professionally and escale more complex issues when appropriate.
Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.
Follow company policies and quality standards in every interaction.
Achieve individual productivity and performance goals.
What We're Looking For
Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.
English proficiency at an intermediate level (B1/B2).
Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
Employment Details
Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal.
Full-time position (40 hours per week), working 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
Flight ticket reimbursement in accordance with company policy.
Comprehensive health insurance coverage.
Complimentary Portuguese language classes.
Salary & Benefits (Without Company Accommodation)
Monthly Base Salary: €1,366.17
Performance Bonus: Details provided during the recruitment process
