Social Media and Customer Success Intern

Mission:
We are looking for an engaged and passionate Intern to join our Global Digital Marketing team in Milan.
Activities
The intern will cover the activities listed below:
- Create, scheduling and publishing content across multiple social media channels, including our global social pages
- Managing comments on posts, monitoring brand sentiment, responding to direct messages, escalating issues
- Managing content calendars, filling in internal materials to ensure a coordinated and approved process, while looking for opportunities for the brand
- Ensuring coordination about social media plans with the regions
- Monitor social media trends & new developments
- Analyze social media performances
- Support the team in building the relationships with our digital clients, taking care of the customer success cases, from initial customer contact through resolution, and coordinate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient case resolution
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and team members to communicate ongoing progress and updates
- Support Head of Digital in other activities considered relevant for the role
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar
- Curious, proactive, detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills
- Interest in Social Media trends and Luxury/Fashion trends
- Interest in building digital knowledge and a digital mindset within the brand
- Professional use of Italian and English
