We are looking for an exceptional talent in content creation with an extraordinary artistic flair to help communicate the future of Video with AI. The artistic vision will be defined together with the founding team; a strong creative and artistic sense with proven ability to produce high-quality promotional video content, using digital platforms and AI tools, is required.

• Who are we? We're an AI video creation startup
• What are we aiming for? We're on a mission to let anyone create high-performance long video content just collaborating and chatting with the AI, you can see Videotok as the Lovable for video creation
• What drives/obsesses us? We are obsessed with design, performance, and being able to revolutionize video, ads, and film creation from the south of Europe
• Market: Primarily the US, but global from day one
• Funding: Well-funded with global investors

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• content creation : proven ability to produce high-quality videos and develop a signature brand
• production and design tools : proven ability using video production software and design tools (Figma, etc.)
• strong social media foundation : proven expertise in understanding social media platform functionality and best practices ****(YouTube,Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest)
• analytics & Strategy : strong analytical skills to track performance and run A/B testing, with proven ability to plan strategic content, research target audiences and identify emerging trends

WHAT THE PROCESS LOOKS LIKE

Initial fit chat

30-minute initial conversation to get to know each other and see if Videotok is what you expect and if there is a potential fit regarding what we are looking for right now

Technical challenge

2-3 hour project interview. You will be presented with a small project and you will have 1 hour to build it. Afterwards, we will discuss together the project you have done and past projects you have built

This will be an open conversation while we have coffee, in person if you can come to Milan, or remote if you are from outside.

Here we will get to know each other better, and you will be able to ask anything :)
