Social Media Manager / Content Creator / Brand Face for Growing Home Decor & Design Ecommerce

We are CupidoDesign , an established and growing ecommerce brand in the home decor and interior design space.

We are looking for a fluent English-speaking Social Media Manager and Content Creator who can become one of the visible faces of our brand online.

This is not just a scheduling or posting role. We are looking for someone who can help us create a stronger social media presence through video content, storytelling, brand positioning and community growth.

You should be comfortable appearing on camera, creating engaging short-form videos, presenting products naturally, talking about interiors and design, and managing our social media pages with a clear strategy.

You will help us with:

• Creating short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms
• Appearing on camera as a brand representative
• Presenting our products in a natural, elegant and engaging way
• Developing content ideas around home decor, interior design, color, personal style and expressive interiors
• Managing our social media pages
• Planning the content calendar
• Writing captions in fluent English
• Improving our social media strategy
• Identifying trends that fit our brand
• Engaging with our audience and community
• Helping us make the brand more human, recognizable and memorable

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks fluent English
• Experience in Interior design, decor
• Is confident on camera
• Has strong taste and visual sensibility
• Understands social media, especially Instagram and TikTok
• Has experience creating video content for brands
• Can write clear, elegant and engaging captions
• Understands lifestyle, design, interiors or home decor
• Can work independently and bring ideas proactively
• Is organized and reliable
• Can balance creativity with brand consistency

Experience with:

• Home decor, interior design, art, furniture or lifestyle brands
• Ecommerce brands
• Instagram Reels and TikTok content
• UGC-style videos
• Founder-led or personality-led content
• Content calendars
• Social media analytics
• Community management
• Canva, CapCut, Later, Metricool, Notion or similar tools

We are especially looking for someone with proven experience or strong familiarity with interior design, home decor, furniture, art, lifestyle interiors or design-related brands.

You should understand how to talk about interiors, styling, color, materials, spaces and visual identity in a way that feels natural, credible and inspiring.

This role is not ideal for a generic social media manager with no sensitivity for design or aesthetics. We need someone who can understand the language of interiors and translate it into engaging, high-quality social content.

We want someone who can help us move from simple product content to a more distinctive and human social media presence.

Our brand is not generic. We care about color, personality, interiors with character and people who want their homes to say something about who they are.

The right person should be able to create content that feels polished but natural, inspiring but not fake, elegant but not boring.
