The role will ensure quality, compliance, and time-to-market by coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the phases of requirements gathering → development → verification and validation → industrialization → release and support.
Responsibilities
- Planning and managing delivery through release plans and increment plans.
- Monitoring progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Transforming market needs and product guidelines into clear and deliverable backlog items and requirements.
- Ensuring alignment between the roadmap, team capabilities, and technical/quality constraints.
- Coordinating firmware, software, cloud, mechanics/electronics, QA/RA, and validation teams.
- Integrating HW/SW plans, certifications, prototyping, testing, and production.
- Overseeing the Definition of Done, including evidence, documentation, tests, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensuring clear processes for auditability and traceability without overlapping with QA/RA functions.
- Identifying and managing technical, integration, and compliance risks.
- Facilitating swift decision-making by balancing scope, timelines, quality, and costs.
- Analyzing flow metrics (flow time, flow efficiency, flow load, flow velocity).
- Proposing improvements for processes, automation, testing environments, release management, and team hand-offs.
What We Expect From You
- Master's degree in Electronic, Computer, or Management Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- +5 years of experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar roles in high‑tech environments.
- Experience in managing cross‑functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, IT, Service).
- Knowledge of the Stage & Gate process and Lean methodologies.
- Familiarity with both Agile and traditional SDLCs, with the ability to apply the most suitable approach.
- Solid technical background to understand engineering risks and challenges.
- Preferred exposure to AI‑based initiatives.
- Proficiency in Jira, GitLab, Microsoft Office.
- Plus: PMP, SAFe, Prince2 certifications.
