As a CPQ Tool Developer specializing in Leegoo Builder, you will design and optimize tailored solutions for configuring, pricing, and quoting (CPQ) complex products and services. Working closely with Center of Competences and IT teams, you will develop robust modules and workflows that streamline specific requirements and ensure efficient processes.
Primary responsibilities:
- CPQ Development and Customization: Build and customize product architecture, rules, and workflows in Leegoo Builder according to specifications from different CoEs;
- Integration and Interface Management: Develop integrations with ERP, CRM, and other systems;
- Process Automation: Enhance business processes by implementing automation within Leegoo Builder;
- Analysis and Optimization: Analyze existing configurations and workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements;
- Reporting: Develop and improve reporting solutions for various Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and regions; Prepare internal reports on proposals and calculations;
- Support: Offer technical assistance and guidance to internal users of the CPQ tool. Maintain close communication with the supplier to identify and implement solutions;
- Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation and conduct training sessions for stakeholders and end-users.
Job requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- Proficiency in data modeling, rules management, and process automation;
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems;
- Programming skills in languages like C# and SQL are mandatory.
