Job Description:

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shopify Expert with a strong aptitude for implementing marketing automation strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about e-commerce, possesses deep technical knowledge of the Shopify platform, and is adept at leveraging technology to drive marketing efficiency and sales growth. You are a proactive problem-solver, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects from conception to execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Shopify platform and its integrations.
• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows across various platforms (e.g., email marketing, CRM, customer journey mapping).
• Integrate marketing automation tools with the Shopify platform to enhance customer segmentation, personalization, and targeted campaigns.
• Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates (CRO).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define automation needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Shopify features, e-commerce trends, and marketing automation best practices.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented solutions, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage data flows and integrations between Shopify and other third-party systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with a strong portfolio of Shopify projects.
• Proficiency in Shopify Liquid templating language, HTML , CSS , and JS .
• Experience with Shopify APIs and app development/customization.
• Demonstrable experience in implementing and managing marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo , HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Omnisend, or similar).
• Understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO principles, and UX/UI design.
• Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in Italian as a mother tongue.
• Must be eligible to work on a freelance/contract basis (Partita IVA).

OFFER

• Annual compensation of €50,000 - €60,000 (commensurate with experience) on a "Partita IVA" (VAT-registered freelance) basis.
