TXT e-Tech Srl, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a
Software Engineer
to join innovative projects in the
Aerospace & Defence
sector, focused on the development of advanced
Human-Autonomy Teaming
systems.
Main Responsibilities
Define functional and logical architectures for Human-Autonomy Teaming systems.
Model interactions between operators, software systems, and autonomous functionalities.
Define levels of autonomy, responsibility allocation, and decision-making authority between humans and systems.
Design transition, supervision, authorization, and override mechanisms.
Ensure traceability between requirements, system architecture, and software implementation.
Derive low-level software requirements from system models.
Contribute to the development and validation of advanced algorithms for aerospace and defence applications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Required QualificationsEducation
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or an equivalent field.
Mandatory Technical Skills
Experience in software architecture design.
Strong knowledge of Python.
Good knowledge of C++.
Experience in developing decision-making algorithms.
Experience with Machine Learning frameworks, preferably PyTorch.
Experience in software testing, integration, and validation activities.
Preferred Technical Skills
Experience in the Aerospace & Defence sector.
Knowledge of Human-Machine Interaction (HMI) principles.
Experience in the development of autonomous systems.
Knowledge of Knowledge Representation techniques and Ontologies.
Soft Skills
Teamwork and collaboration mindset.
Proactive attitude and results-oriented approach.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Interest in innovative technologies and complex environments.
Languages
Italian
English
Experience Required
Junior level, with approximately 1-2 years of experience in software development activities.
