Software Programmer

We are looking for a Software Programmer to join the PC Software Projects department, which is the reference point for Sales, Business Analysis, Project Management, and Site Management across all projects that include PC management and control software. The role involves developing, testing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining the software that controls our systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop or customise the SDM, LgvManager, and GUI software systems, starting from a standard product and tailoring it to the functional requirements agreed with the client and E80.
• Test the functionality in a simulation environment.
• During client installations, perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of software issues.
• Optimize systems at client sites to meet required performance targets.

Requirements

• Diploma/Laurea in a technical computer science field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and their administration.
• Object‑oriented programming skills (C#, basic constructs, LINQ, lambda expressions).
• Experience with .NET framework (ADO.NET, Entity Framework, WinForms, WCF, WPF).
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server), including ER diagrams, tables, views, indexes, and T‑SQL.
• SQL Server administration (installation, user management, security, mirroring, backup, maintenance).
• Availability for international travel 50% of the year.
• Good command of English.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, debugging skills, accuracy, and quality focus.
• Team collaboration and a results‑oriented mindset focused on project performance.
• High proactivity.
