What You'll Be Doing
We are seeking a Software Solutions Developer to join our partner’s technical team, specializing in the customization and integration of a SaaS solution.
You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing tailored solutions. In this role, you will focus primarily on customizing the product to meet client-specific requirements, with approximately 90% of the work on the backend and 10% on the frontend.
You will collaborate closely with the functional team (Project Manager and Solution Consultants) to ensure the successful delivery of the required solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the functional team to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Validate the technical feasibility of client requests and support Solution Consultants in developing solutions
- Design and develop customizations for the SaaS platform
- Define and implement integration flows between the platform and existing business systems.
- Optimize the performance of customizations while ensuring scalability and stability of the system
- Support the Project Manager in managing the technical activities of the development team
- Act as a mentor and technical guide for junior team members
What We Look for in You
- Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in software development
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and related backend frameworks such as Node.js and Express.js
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture, REST APIs
- Experience using SVN and version control
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and advanced troubleshooting skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
