Solution designer

The main purposes will be to perform the interpretation of business rules and functional and non-functional requirements to shape technical specification according to the given architectural specification in terms of interaction between systems, data exchanged, transformations etc. according to defined design methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• To participate and cooperate to shaping activities
• To participate to feasibility analysis for new or to-be-updated initiatives (Epic and User Story), evaluating the impacts for IT.
• To perform detailed technical analysis/ Design
• To participate in and supporting developers in development phase
• To participate in IT delivery project planning, execution and stakeholder management
• To test support and problem determination
• To participate to and collaborate in the definition of new suppliers and contract requirements
• To breaking down requirements and technical solution into proper slice (User Story) thoroughly examining the costs, benefits and risks of various options prior to selecting an approach; explanation/ justification of decisions in a logical and systematic fashion.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent
• 6+ years experience in the same role in a complex environment
• Excellent knowledge of IT architecture in place (for the relevant domain) and technical flows
• Advanced experience in REST & SOAP application services development
• Experience in front-end solution design
• Proven experience in application development with JAVA on/with J2EE platform, Spring, Spring Boot
• Junit testing, Test Driven Development and Spring Integration testing
• Good knowledge of issue and code versioning tools (Azure and Git)
• Good knowledge of DBMS and SQL (Oracle, PL/SQL)
• Good knowledge of Agile paradigm and Scrum methodology
• Good knowledge of UML standard
• Good knowledge of microservices architecture and domain design model
• Good knowledge of retail banking business
• Good English knowledge (written and spoken)
