The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of a BESS Solution Engineer to join a leading Solar PV and BESS Manufacturer to be based in Imola.
We are looking for a candidate to oversee all technical aspects of the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sector, working closely with various stakeholders. You will collaborate with the sales and project management teams to support clients and distributors, ensuring processes and procedures are effectively created and revised. Additionally, you will conduct due diligence on distributors and suppliers across Europe. During project commissioning, you will serve as the primary technical contact for integration-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors within the BESS C&I market in Europe.
- Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of solutions, while developing and refining procedures and tools for distributors.
- Support project commissioning in collaboration with the project management team and distributors when needed.
- Provide technical assistance to clients and distributors, including conducting product demonstrations, delivering presentations, and addressing technical inquiries.
- Design and implement technical training sessions for clients and distributors.
- Represent the company at trade shows and conferences to promote products and services.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the BESS C&I sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a technical sales role.
- Prior experience in the BESS C&I market in Europe is essential.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical expertise in battery energy storage systems and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of diagnosing and resolving technical challenges.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese or another European language is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Compensation & Travel Expectations:
This role involves regular travel to customer sites and industry events.
