MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the Solution & Product Management Team within Omnia, Hu Friedy Group, the key responsibilities are:
- Assisting in product portfolio management and development: tracking performance, launching new products, and phasing out selected ones in alignment with the sales team.
- Supporting the introduction of new products for specific projects, in coordination with the R&D and Sales departments.
- Contributing to the development and refinement of product literature, positioning, and value propositions.
- Preparing presentations for internal meetings and external events.
- Supporting project planning, KPI tracking, budget monitoring, and timeline coordination.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales Management, Economics (or related disciplines).
- Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English (additional language is a plus).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive mindset, analytical approach and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage parallel projects with agility and ownership.
- Curiosity, proactivity and a strong willingness to learn.
- Six-month internship contract extendable for another 6.
