Solutions Architect - Lakebase

As Solutions Architect for the Lakebase product line, you will shape how customers adopt and scale Databricks Lakehouse capabilities. You collaborate with GTM and account teams to craft engagement strategies, craft compelling demos and collateral, and guide clients toward informed adoption decisions. Your work spans cross-functional partners to align product capabilities with customer needs and expected outcomes, driving impact across regions. You will be a credible technical advisor, translating field insights into roadmap input while tackling complex integration challenges at scale. Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies across territory Act as a trusted Solutions Architect and champion, building technical credibility with stakeholders to drive product adoption and vision Enable clients at scale through workshops and customer-facing collateral to enhance technical knowledge Influence product roadmap by translating field-derived, data-driven insights into strategic recommendations Handle complex technical challenges as tier-3 escalation point to ensure customer success in critical environments Co-plan large territories with Account Executives and coordinate across GTM and R&D teams Collaborate with Global System Integrators and third-party consultants to drive customer outcomes Develop presentations, demos, and assets to help clients decide on the product-line 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role with exposure to data strategy and product adoption Proven ability to co-plan territories with Account Executives in a cross-functional setting Experience collaborating with GSIs and third-party consultants Proficient in SQL and Python for analysis, debugging, and problem solving Hands-on experience building solutions in major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Broad experience across data engineering, data warehousing, AI/ML, governance, transactional systems, app development, and streaming Undergraduate degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering)
