Join our Global Supply Chain Team. This role is part of the Fuel Control Safety Solutions (FCSS) business. The Baker Hughes internal title for this role is: Sourcing Advisor - Sourcing Management. Responsibilities

Lead initiatives and actions in close collaboration with the business Global Supplier Quality Leader and staff with a significantly high impact on the organization Prepare Scorecard Reviews for all production facilities Prepare monthly Supplier Quality metrics and reporting Benchmark with other business lines to capture best practices Create and deploy QMS standards Scout business process opportunities for automation (e.g., via generative AI) and finalize business cases Drive complex supplier‑related problem‑solving activities across the sites Coordinate with the Regional Supplier Quality Manager to ensure timely execution of the Supplier Quality Development Plan Manage effective communication between the project execution team (e.g., Buyer, Fulfillment, Project Manager, Project Quality Manager, Project Engineer) and suppliers to ensure quality and on‑time delivery execution Qualifications

Good project‑management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Lean and process‑optimization proven track record Significant experience in one or more of the following industrial areas: raw material, machined parts, engineered systems Data‑driven mindset Fluent in Italian and English Engineering degree or equivalent working experience (preferred) Previous expertise in oil & gas/automotive business (preferred) Previous role as quality or operations manager across large corporations (preferred) Experience with QA/QC tools and techniques Good negotiation skills Willing to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time) Resilient and able to work under stress Results‑driven and self‑directed Good verbal and written communication skills Compensation

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 60,800 to 83,600. Benefits
