We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to team up with the market VP and support him as a Finance business partner as well as look after our 3 legal entities (France, Italy and Spain) on a controlling perspective.

As a Finance Business partner

  • You look after the Revenues and ARR forecasts, actuals, plans, and provide the supporting documentation for the various reviews, that includes variance analysis and explanations
  • You work closely with the market leader to design the deals in accordance with the sales policies
  • You discuss and approve deviations on the standard policies
  • You are the "expert" go-to stakeholder to answer and finance related queries on our contractual wording
  • You answer any ad-hoc questions and eventually participate in customer facing negotiations whenever required

As a controller

  • You manage and support a team of two local controllers
  • You are responsible for all management reporting and numbers
  • You ensure all internal control and processes are respected
  • You also ensure operations are locally compliant
  • You deliver timely reports, internal or external
  • You attend audit meetings
  • You participate in group projects (like ERP or other implementations)
  • Skills
  • At least 5 years in a controller role with business partnering component
  • Local Finance / accounting certification is a plus
  • Appetite for FP&A and business
  • Empathic, assertive, stress resistant and embracing changes
  • People management

    • Languages

  • English (Fluent)
  • At least one very fluent of the following, 2 preferred : French, Italian, Spanish
