To support our continued growth and expansion in the Italian market, we are looking for a proactive and organised Spare Parts Warehouse Specialist to strengthen our parts operations and customer service performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the spare parts warehouse, accurate stock control, timely deliveries, and excellent support to customers, service teams, and dealers
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits
- Ensure spare parts are correctly identified, labelled, stored, and traceable within the warehouse
- Process inbound and outbound spare parts orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate parts shipments, deliveries, returns, and warranty claims with internal teams and stakeholders
- Manage spare parts sales, quotations, customer orders, and returns processes
- Liaise with Chinese HQ to secure parts availability, lead times, and urgent requests
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse layout, stock accuracy, and operational efficiency
Your profile
- Previous experience in spare parts warehouse management, or parts coordination
- Experience within construction machinery, earthmoving equipment, material handling, OEM, or industrial sectors is highly preferred
- Good understanding of spare parts operations, warehouse processes, and inventory management
- Ability to manage priorities, and proactive attitude with problem-solving skills
- Good English language skills
