A protagonist of the main global strategic programs, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the PFND Business Unit of Aircraft (Aeronautics Division), we are looking for a **Specialist in National and Community Funding Programs** for our Venegono Superiore (VA) office.The resource will manage the main activities of:* Coordination and preparation of economic and management reports for funded programs, including analysis of direct and indirect hourly costs.* Monitoring of cost progress, milestones and performance of funded programs.* Supervision and contribution to function reporting and definition of performance indicators.* Support for defining the budget and the multi-year plan, with variance analysis and corrective proposals.* Interface with internal bodies and functions to ensure compliance with tender requirements.* Contribution to the optimization of program management and reporting processes.EDUCATION* Degree in STEM, economic, management or related disciplines with consolidated experience in structured contexts and in roles related to the management of complex or funded programs.SENIORITYExperience level required: SENIORTECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS* In-depth knowledge of ERP management systems (preferably SAP), with the ability to extract, consolidate and analyze complex data.* Advanced proficiency in analysis tools (Excel, Access, queries and advanced reporting systems).* Solid knowledge of regulations regarding national, regional and community funding.* Basic knowledge of contracts (e.G.
