Experteer Overview
In this role you will be a key member of the Quality Team, driving supplier not conformities and PPAP activities to ensure seamless new programs, changes, and process improvements. You will oversee supplier PPAP submissions, support APQP, and monitor Dana1Source for quality issues. Travel to supplier sites and reporting to managers will be part of your routine, with a focus on continuous improvement across plant operations. Evaluate and manage PPAP for new programs, engineering changes, and process improvements from suppliers Review and approve Supplier PPAP submissions Support APQP processes across programs Monitor supplier quality non-conformances in Dana1Source; identify and escalation high‑impact issues Travel to supplier sites and generate visitation reports Track prevention and resolution of supplier concerns Prepare periodic reports for managers and plant personnel Trace and review status of engineering deviations and change reports Responsabilità
Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field 3–4 years of experience in quality, preferably in automotive sector Basic experience with automotive core tools (PPAP, FMEA, APQP, GD&T, Gage R&R, Calibration, SPC) Knowledge of ISO 14001 Ability to read technical drawings English speaking/writing proficiency Computer proficiency in Windows; MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
