Job Overview KA Resources Recruitment is looking on behalf of a company with more than 50 years of history for a

SQL & ERP Application Specialist

to join the operations area. The selected candidate will work in its IT department, which consists of five people. The company has approximately 270 employees and is engaged in a digital innovation and process transformation journey to make operational management more integrated and modern. The person will support the evolution and efficiency of business processes through the use of ERP.

Activities will be

fully in-person

from Monday to Friday at the

headquarters in Fidenza (Parma).

We are not interested in freelancers.

Responsibilities

Provide application support to internal ERP users.

Work daily with SQL Server.

Manage and resolve ERP system incidents, ensuring operational continuity and service quality.

Collaborate with the entire organization to optimize business processes.

Analyze, document and implement new features or improvements to the management system.

Take care of user training and the drafting of basic operational manuals.

Interface with external suppliers for evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the system.

Qualifications

At least 2-3 years of experience as Application Specialist / IT Business Analyst / ERP Consultant in the operations area.

Strong experience with SQL databases.

Knowledge of business processes in the operations area (logistics, warehousing, purchasing, sales, active/passive cycle, etc.).

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and prioritization skills.

Contract & Compensation Type of contract:

permanent, CCNL commerce.

Annual gross salary:

commensurate with experience, estimated in a range between 30k and 40k (maximum) + company canteen. No company car is provided for the role.

Work location:

Fidenza (PR), 100% in‑person from Monday to Friday.
