In this role you will oversee clinical trial activities to ensure protocol alignment, regulatory compliance, and data integrity. You will monitor sites, conduct visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely data collection and trial execution. You will train site staff, build strong relationships, and drive high standards of trial conduct. Responsabilità

• Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, or medicine
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with strong regulatory knowledge
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management
• Proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel at least 60% of the time and possession of a valid driver’s license
