    • The Job
    • As a member of the Protein Diagnostics (PDX) leadership team, you will lead the global Market & Strategy function supporting the entire product portfolio. You will be responsible for long-term planning, business growth initiatives, and collaborating with marketing and data science teams to provide insights and strategic direction.

      We are open to hiring for this role based out of various European offices (office-based, not remote), with the requirement to travel regularly (weekly or bi-weekly) to our Birmingham, UK office. Additionally, frequent international travel (mainly UK, Europe, US) up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays, will be necessary.

    • What Will You Do?
    • Drive strategic planning, execution, marketing, and communication activities for the division.
    • Support the division’s growth objectives in a complex and evolving market.
    • Build and lead a team of strategy and marketing professionals, including direct and matrix-managed staff.
    • Foster cross-functional partnerships and develop internal communication plans to align initiatives across the division.
    • Demonstrate authentic leadership behaviors and champion company values.
    • Who We Are Looking For
    • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Experience in In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) and/or Life Sciences industries, including equipment and consumables in bioproduction, is highly desirable.
    • Proven experience leading a global marketing team, with knowledge of European and US IVD/Life Sciences markets.
    • Broad marketing experience, including multi-channel, digital, product marketing, and product management.
    • Track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that meet growth targets using data-driven insights.
    • Strong leadership skills managing managers, with talent development experience.
    • Ability to operate effectively in a heavily matrixed environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Strong project management skills, capable of balancing short-term results with long-term strategic goals.
    • Executive presence with excellent presentation skills.
    • Willingness to travel approximately 50%, including international travel.
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
