SR HARDWARE ENGINEER

Akronos Technologies, an Italian company leader in innovation, R&D and high-tech engineering services, is looking for a Sr Hardware Engineer .

Position: Sr Hardware Engineer
Location: Varese, Italia

Job Tasks:

The Engineer will be responsible for the full development lifecycle of electronic components, including schematic capture, PCB design/layout, simulation, testing, and debugging.

1. Design new HW architecture
2. Electronic component design
3. Perform HW proto-testing, debugging, and validation in the lab
4. Production of technical documentation

Competence Requirements:

1. BSc/MSc Degree in Electronic Engineering
2. At least 4 years of working experience in the same role
3. Experience developing analog HW designs, including schematic capture, component selections, and PCB design/layout
4. Familiarity with schematic tools
5. Good knowledge of power electronics
6. Fluent English (both written and spoken)

2. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
